SOMETIMES GIVE UP?

"Never give up" is not a new mantra to us, rather it has become an integral part of motivation and daily activities for us. The confusing truth is that giving up is also what makes us better.
"Giving up " in this context refers to accepting our weaknesses, realising we need to restrategise our plans, reevaluate our actions and set goals for ourselves,  which can only be done when we accept that we have failed and we need to work harder.
Never giving up is when we persevere with challenges we face, using our goals as a driving force to achieve success.
The reason we will still vehemently refute the concept that we "give up" is because we don't even have time to evaluate ourselves and achievements. We mindlessly chase our goals forgetting that the results of our evaluation is the true determinant of our achievements.

Whenever we face a new challenge, threat and we have exhausted all our strategies and plans in tackling it,  the little moment we give to analyse our actions and plan a better approach is when we had "given up".
It is alright to give up only when this temporary acknowledgement of defeat is to evaluate our actions and it's effects on ourselves and those around us. When we begin to dwell in our defeat that is when giving up becomes an evil omen that would do no good but procrastinate achieving our goals.
We should also never lose all hope and assume that we are not fit enough to provide solutions to the challenges we face. We should never wallow in regret and self-blame when we should be planning our next innovative actions. Accepting our faults and being ready to overcome the challenge is the only "giving up" we need.
The never give up mantra only comes to play when we have a focus, sense of self-evaluation and are goal-oriented. We need to find the inner zeal, drive and enthusiasm for success, only then will we find contentment and gain self-actualization.
The thin line between regrets and dedication is what distinguish between regret that leads to regression and enthusiasm that leads to success. The crossroads of success and failure ahead of us is equally alluring that we have to know when to realise errors and when to fervently pursue excellence with goal-oriented zeal.
