If I ask you to cry for me your next response will be “why?”
or if I ask you if you ever wish to have a cause to cry your answer may be a
non-hesitant NO which may be amusing to me because we cry every time with tears
that may be shed out or held within ourselves.
We see tears as a sign of weakness,an evidence of sorrow or
tragedy yet when unexpected joy and success comes we cry without planning for
it. Does that mean we are unhappy?
I see tears as T-tiny, E- Emotions,A- Accompanying,R- Results
from decisions.
And this is because
it is awakened in deep situations involving us. When we succeed without
expecting it we cry, when we lose hope we cry, when we survive a perceived bad
omen we cry, when we get too happy we cry, when our plans are crushed we cry and
the list goes on.
Since tears come to us even when we fight it why don’t we accept it as “an essence of life” and not look down on it as “a sign of weakness” as we normally do.
Not everyone with a smile on their face is actually
happy, some may be crying endlessly in their heart with no tears to show for it
on their face so we all see the person as “strong” and the one who “lets it
out” as a weakling.
To achieve balance,we should “let it go” sometimes because
sometimes it is all we need and not the solitude we seek from external source
because it is one of the rare moment we have connection to our soul and
decision are made at this crucial period as the mind and soul are opened to
different ideas both good and bad at this period and would depend on the
individual to make the right one that would suit his/her situation.
One of
the reasons why we shouldn’t always make it a regular habit but still hold on
think deeply about the source of the crying and its benefit to us because
crying may be the relif we need to have a stable mind in a difficult situation,
its because it is a very vulnerable period
of our lives so we have to learn to balance up our emotions, strength and
weaknesses.
It is
high time we learnt to control the
circumstances that could bring us to tears to achieve fulfillment and sense of well being we need.
