KILL THE SPIRIT

What does it take to make you unhappy? What does it take to make you angry? What does it take to crush your motivation? Is it when your weaknesses are being highlighted? Is it when you feel you haven't achieved desired results? Or when you crave something and you don't get it?

It takes different factors, depending on the person to cause  unhappiness, if we sincerely trace all the cause of our unhappiness, we would come to realise that the trail leads to us.
We expect too much from people and environment we find ourselves in. We want everyone to trust, care and trust us the same way we do to them but when we don't get this much needed attention we seek, we become unhappy.
We trust people and make sacrifices for them expecting the same but not realising that they may not value us in the same measure as we do to them. We need to leave a 1% benefit of doubt in whatever emotional trait we involve ourselves in to prepare our mind for possible betrayal, disappointments and lambaste we may face.
We have to evaluate whatever is the cause of our joy, unhappiness, betrayal and anger to determine if brooding over it is the backup plan for success we desire.
Sometimes, all we need is to experience that emotional hurt we feel to brace us up for future decision making. We should endeavour to quickly identify our mood changes and strategize plans that can help to change this "dark mood" to a brighter one.
Whatever happens to you, no matter how bad it may seem  always take a minute off to think about it and plan ways to prevent it from happening again.
Whenever you set out to start a new day, always have a plan to face both the best and worst with optimism because pessimism slowly crushes the soul leaving only dissatisfaction and unexploited potentials.
